I guess time will tell whether replacing Sanz with Khan is good, bad or neutral. One positive is that Khan comes from Central Bank so putting together the bonds for gold that was proposed earlier shouldn't be a problem. It also shouldn't take him long to get updated on things since he was Sanz's predecessor.
