EZ, I was going to say the same. VZ has been very clear now that they want goldmining to be the second largest foriegn income earner. dparge, they can forget LC entirely if what they were to insist on was what you put out there. All the discussions have happened in the past year or so, concerning a new 'look' for the arrangement between VZ and KRY. Whether or not we have an agreed upon arrangement now, we don't know. However, it will not be the one you described. As EZ said, no outfit could make that work. And I have no doubt that, at this time, Chavez wants/needs LC to begin.

We will have a profitable arrangement, because VZ has no choice. For once, we are holding a good hand. We have a stronger position now that Chavez is committing LC gold for future payments on Bonds and Loans. He can't screw with Russia or China. He must have the gold.
