CJR, from what I understand from RM long ago is that KRY has only filed and submitted portions of the data and studies with VZ agencies only as required. If I remember correctly it doesn't sound like they had to hand over everything. What they have and VZ doesn't have I am not sure. Maybe some good questions for RM.

On top of that when the Minca contract was cancelled and KRY awarded the contract KRY was required by VZ to do new Feasibility studies and an EIS (and were NOT ALLOWED to use Minca's). Based on that precedent one would think KRY's FS and EIS could not just be handed over to another entity.

In GRZ's latest conference call Doug made mention many times about their data and its value (didn't give a specific monetary value). He also mentioned without this data it would cost VZ about $200M and 2 years of hard work to get them where GRZ is today with it.
