but I have some new questions: now that Chavez is going to use his military for illegal miner control, what does that say about maybe KRY couldn't have handled them if the permit would have been prior released to us? not unless we were granted use of an army back in those past permit-watching days. remembering that army wasn't armed. Not saying anything about what I think about VZ having an armed army to use against its own...that's a separate subject.

I think its a bit brilliant of VZ to label all the past illegal minining as one thing, not subject to personal retribution, but yes, if it continues into current or forward . It provides a way for it to end and for good mining to begin.
