The National Assembly (AN) elaborates a project to change the figure of forest reserve in the zone of the river basin of the Caura river, where the Government activated east weekend the Caura Plan to protect this water channel of the state Bolivar of the illegal mining. Thus it indicated east Tuesday the deputy Julio Garci'a, Natural member of the Permanent Atmosphere Commission, Resources and Territorial Arrangement of the Parliament.
