RM seems to think the National Mining company is being setup for the illegals, small and medium miners (co-ops). When asked if it involves LC he says this is in a different part of Bolivar state according to the articles. I asked if this has anything to do with KRY's process or discussions and he says no.

IMO, as the article I posted today says "The Caura Plan" in the Caura river basin.
