"yearling calf" (kinda like "chinese" khan) is the national director of human rights and is stating that the illegal miners are being treated unfairly, and that while the govt states it does'nt want illegal miners this is'nt really true because the military has been charging them for years to operate...now all of a sudden they are kicking these folks out and he wants to know why....
