I don't disagree that a lot of the financing's were through Fungs associates and companies but I fail to see how that is a bad thing especially given our current share price. If you are simply saying his companies and associated made service fees and commissions based on the financing's you would be right. This is only a problem is you are suggesting the reason we haven't gotten the permit is so RF and his associated can continue to do financing's for fees. I don't think even the wildest conspiracy theorist would believe that.

The only other thing I can think of is if the fees and commissions charged Kry we higher than normal you would have an arrangement that Kry was being abused by RF. Is this what you are suggesting?
