A** Kissin a bananahead, egomaniac dictator only weakens ones position and leads to giving more away. The only way to deal with dictator bullies is with a Steamroller and in this case that is BIG $$$ to save his miserable A** because if he doesn't right the ship he knows he will have a Real "revolution" on his hands. Any A** kissin will be done by Hugo hisself and will negotiate away VZ's resources in order to save his own A**. If, as many think, the Steamroller is China(Russia has no $$$ and doesn't need oil), Fung needs to position KRY and partner with that China entity. I firmly believe Fung has been quietly, behind the scenes, doing just that. When this shakes out Hugo will be doin the Kissin.
