CJR, I have read a few articles and it does sound like this may be their only project and in reading some info from their site I can't find if they have rcvd an environmental permit or not. They have done a feasibility study and EIS it sounds like just like KRY. It sounds as if they are much like KRY and needing financing at a critical time in their history. Here is their website:
