the investor may not want their name out there yet.

So here's a question for those who know about such things. How is the desicion made as to whether or not such an event ( the conversion of the loan to shares) is 'a material event', in so much as it definetly makes a statement concerning the knowledge of the 'investor'. In other words, there are development in the works that makes shares a better return on their investment.

I think it would be safe to say that an event like that would telegraph to all who follow this saga, that a solution is coming soon.

Can the investor keep the companyfrom announcing that, when it would surely be 'news' that shareholder should be notified about? Seeing as the shareholders were notified in the first place as this posibility, and what it would obviously mean.
