If our partner is Chinese I don't see how VZ could say NO.

The big question I guess is there a deal in place beyween Kry and a Chinese firm or how close are they to making a deal.

It wouldn't bother me if RF sold our MOC to the Chinese for our arbitration price of 2 billion and VZ had to make the decision if they would accept the Chinese or not. That might throw a wrench into Hugo plans of screwing us over.

I would love to never hear the word VZ again.
