Assuming 5 day average prior May 31, basis closing price:

USD

May 28 = .628

May 27 = .5399

May 26 = .50

May 25 = .50

May 24 = .518

.628+.5399+.50+.50+.518/5= .53718

USD 2.5 million/.53718 = 4.653 million shares

closing price of .628 versus .53718 = 17 % discount to market

This seems like a nice premium to convert loan to shares.
