The LC concession has a complicated, contentious, and convoluted history.

I believe KRY owned another company that had a potential claim on the LC concession. I think that when VZ took the concession from Placer (and /or Vanessa) and gave it to CVG, that there were legal proceedings by KRY to get the concession for themselves.

The MOC was given to KRY to get them to drop their claim. CVG kept the concession and KRY got the MOC.
