Dparge, I was thinking the same thing. Taking there loan in shares would make them a bundle, especially if it is not some Chinese company. Lots of Fungs bussiness friends would be able to put up 2.5 million. To get back 5-10 times their money, well that's a whole lot better than 6% interest.

And I too understood that originally, the mine was going to cost 300 mil to build. Even stretching that to 500 mil, for costs nowadays , that certianly isn't 'billions'.
