Assisting KRY with retirement of the noteholders obligations is not the same as paying it off for us. Assistance could mean very little in financial terms.

Most people on this board that I know did not buy at $0.15 or anywhere close to that. Many were basically conned into buying at much higher prices.

As to what kind of treatment we will get from VZ on the sale of the gold that remains to be seen. You'd have to have a crystal ball to figure out that one. Getting the preferred rate would definitely make this deal look alot better.
