The 'government's share' factor

One thing I haven't seen addressed here, is that KRY had a deal with VZ...what was it....something that worked out to around 60-40 for KRY. How does that play into all the figuring that has gone on here. I can't see how all the dollar amounts that KRY might be worth, without first taking off VZ's share...

Anyone?
