The results of the modification that has to take place to the MOC during the negotiations between CRRC, Crystallex, and VZ is yet to be known. We know what is being proposed by CRRC and Crystallex but we don't know what VZ will agree to.

CRRC is majority state owned. China has loaned $$$$billions$$$$ to Chavez. The law supports an MOC. The law supports exceptions to the exchange rate. Ultimately, Chavez can approve whatever exceptions he desires. We will know no later than July 31st.

Buy, hold, or fold. I like my chances of a sizeable profit from here in the near term.
