teut, to expand on my "july 31st" comment.

the vote takes place in august... if the shareholders were to vote it down kry would have to wait 9 months for another deal (if any)...to me this pretty much states that the shareholders will accept the deal or kry will be BK...considering it has been stated that fung has been working on this deal for a year this has been pretty well planned out...

-if all goes well, kry should have very few expenses going forward. there's basically nothing else to do with regard to LC except collect the 1/3 checks after production........

-if crrc is just getting kry off of hugo's back for political reasons, then watch the lawsuits fly...
