Once again it all makes sense. Maquarie shorts in the .70's, beats the shares to death all the way down to the .40's and then gets a sweet deal @ .50. We get screwed... again.

I am not suprised and am only merely pissed off. 40 million in cash can help a lot... the extra dilution really means squat with our China Rail deal. At least the Company can now promote the shit out of this thing. I'm more confident in a successful resolution to the Las Cristinas saga at this point, than I have ever been and I've been involved with this since August 1997.

So it still sucks to be us - for now.
