The deal as it stands, is so juicy for CRRC, that I'm sure they would happily renogiate and throw in a few hundred million for us. After all, I keep reading that we have 20-30 billion worth of gold at LC.

IMHO the bankrupcy issue has been engineered to convince/force us to swallow this BS.
