If the permit is given and nothing has changed except the Chinese involvement... does Crystallex have any civil recourse against Venezuella for stalling the permit all these years? How does Canada feel about the "treaty" with vz looking like an absolute joke? I think the pps from here goes up but as many of us do also know it should have been considerably more.
