dparge, agreed that "other projects" is a potential positive.

i accept the chinese deal as a necessary evil and even see the possible benefits....

the one thing that upsets me about this 35mil financing is why the hell do we do it now?

why not let the pps go higher on the chinese/permit news, then raise some funds.
