If nothing else, the Chinese have always been consistent historically. They are very cautious of their national image. Image is everything and the Chinese will control not only gov't-backed corporations but also private corporations operating outside of China. Can anyone remember ever hearing of the Chinese screwing a foreign corporation? The Chinese are the best partners that can be found. This is a helluva deal.
