What bothers me about the SP action is that certain institutions have shorted like crazy based on the insider knowldge on certain price levels. Not only do these crooks get paid for their "services" they make out like bandits on their subsequent market activities. Of course this is illegal but with the totally ineffective regulatory agencies in both the US and Canada they get away with murder.
