Marshall has said over and over that all the materials must be present prior to close which KRY has said will occur in the 3rd quarter. And to close we need shareholder approval first which is in August. So I don't think we can say that it will come in July. I highly doubt VZ will issue a permit knowing KRY shareholders could vote the deal down. But that's my 2 cents. I know others disagree. But ask Marshall yourself. He only says it will come prior to close.
