I agree risk still exists. I look at it like a tube of toothpaste, you can squeeze it around but in the end, it doesn't really change. VZ cannot expect more. If they play that way, then they truly don't intend to exploit LC and I imagine the backlash from the Chinese government being embarrased will be felt by Chavez in many ways.
Of course anything can happen and nothing happens. If VZ demands a 51% ownership, then it won't happen and the 35m will be used for arbitration. Weighing all the public evidence the proposal from CRCC and Crystallex has a high likelihood of happening as stated in the recent filing.
It really doesn't take long to think this through. Now is the best situation we have been in since April 2008.
On another note that hasn't had much discussion, financing is complete with a great interest rate to Crystallex.
