Fung to Chinese: Well we can't get Hugo to give us that final permit, but if China were to form a joint venture with us we should be able to get that permit.

Chinese: Yeah, you've been saying "before Easter" for years on getting that permit. Why any difference now?

Fung: Hugo respects you and he knows you have the resources to pull this off.

Chinese: OK, we'l put out some feelers - we'd love to mine that Las Cristinas property!

Chinese: Well, we've make some big investments in VZ, and are building a railway in southern VZ so we really pushed Hugo on getting out that gold which he has said he wants to do. We're ready to make a deal with KRY but want a 2/3, 1/3 split our way.

Fung: Gee that's a big bite.

Chinese: We already cleared the permit - we just have to work out our deal.

Fung: DONE!!!
