not to be argumentative (maybe a little bit) but, in response...

unless richard is willing to tell me "yeah cjr, they're signing the deal today" there's not much to discuss..."the permit is just a formality" does'nt really cut it anymore..the permit has been a "formality" for 10 years and if you look at a lifetime chart of kry and compare the spikes and valleys, pretty much every major move was tied to the permit...it's a BIG formality...

if management has more information to dissimenate, should'nt they do it now?

i hope you're right teut, more for guys like yourself who have substantial positions or, in some cases, more than they should.
