Could this be one reason why the US dollar is still doing so well? The huge amount of US dollars being spent by China, on a regular bases, investing all over the world?

Will the US dollar stay relatively strong until China relieves itself of their giant cache?

The recipients of those US dollars will not likely be spending them so quickly....but will be paying off debt...(not 'new' spending).
