Can we just stick with the proven/probables and not start talking about a gadzillion ounces in the long distant future?

What Crystallex brings to this arrangement is a few importiant things and if everything goes well the Chinese are going to be doing all the mining on our project. Crystallex got an MOA, did some mining, made plans, ordered equipment etc but that was long ago.

If we stick to what we have: 1/3 of proven/probable and the TPD of 20,000 diluted by the outstanding shares and figure in the added risk of doing business in Venezuela- the calculation really does blow.

I agree with those whom say there is going to be an opportunity to make (or recover) some money on the permit (when/if an announcement comes), there is an also opportunity to make money long term and that anything can happen looking at what other companies shares are worth. I can't say how high the price will go but I can say it should not go much lower and now arbitration recovery is still possible.

Is the deal really a lock? I am thinking if these guys really know the deal is done- I think someone would push the PPS up to ensure a more positive shareholder vote. There could be some material announcement release, more favorable terms by CR, Vens written promise release, etc. Maybe the accumulation at a low price could be over pretty soon.

In any event the possibilities to make some profit will depend on the market and gold ferver as much as anything else as events unfold. Chavez has had enough time to destroy all hope of a normal business enviroment in which to nurture and grow a business, at least that is a constant in the shorter calculation. So if you are thinking long, long to future valuation and long and hoping for a company expansion working alongside the Chinese, this might be a good play but you will have to outlast Chavez and his policies. I think the Chinese are looking longer term global strategy just as much as offing the Dollar fiat. I also beleve there could be some accomadations made towards Kry and Canada in general to help further these Chinese expansionist policies. Sure! And I invested in KRY intending it to be all very short term but that is not exactly how it has turned out.
