I was being a conservative attorney on that question. Generally, I won't ask a question that I don't know the answer to.

If anyone wants to cure insomnia, the latest published info:

Personally, why bother, key elements are being updated as we speak.

I would anticipate more detail next week and for sure in the A&F Agreements.

Does anyone know if CRRC and Crystallex are submitting an amended Permit request or just working on getting the current one approved and will request changes later?
