"There is no mention of the railway they are building in VZ."

I asked before but I don't think got the answer to my questions:

Does anyone here on this forum know if that railroad is really being built?

Did the CRCC get all the permits they need from the manana Vennies?

Are locals being hired? Are shovels turning dirt? Are rails being laid? Or is it just more talk about a contract, like our MOC, that never seems to go forward?

I understand this contract was won last year. But what's happening now?

Talk and delay, or jobs and profits?
