VP: "So Hugo, I just wanted to confirm that you like CRRC to develop LC, right?"

Hugo: " Hey I said so in September, remember?"

VP: " Well you said in January that you wanted Russians to do it"

Hugo: "That was so last year" Hugo flicks some dust off his lapel. "They didn't have the money so we couldn't be friends anymore" Hugo looks fondly at the VP " You, I like"

VP: Looking uncomfortable avoiding Hugos eyes, "China and Venezuela are true socialist brothers, and this project will be an example of socialist solidarity for the world to see"
