It was clear to me that Fung wanted CRRC/CREC to be invested in KRY to give the Chinese an additional motivation to secure the Permit and move the project forward. With everything that the Chinese are already building in VZ coupled with future plans for China in VZ, Hugo will not and cannot refuse just about anything China wants. Keep in mind that China is "the" world banker thanks to the rest of the world buying everything from them. China has almost a trillion in USD debt and trillions more USD's from what they sell us and they NEED to spend those USD's before inflation causes a loss of value in those same USD's. If Hugo plays games with them they can just stop what they're doing and in effect bring VZ to the standstill it was before they got involved in VZ.
