it's because the "sarbanes-oxley" and more importantly "glas-steagal" acts prohibit "phoney canadian public company promotional stock ventures" from soliciting in the USA!!!

however; the glass-steagal act, enacted after the great depression to prevent corporations (especially banks) from transacting business in a way similar to the recent behavior of north american banks was repealed under a clinton administration with a republican congress....paved the way for a repeat disaster enacted by the same powerful interests that enacted the depression of 1929+.....

jpmorgan is one of my favorite demons to blame....but i think they are only acting as an agent for rockafellar
