I too, thank you Boss (and fellow suits) for your efforts in establishing a forum that, for the most part, has been focused on being the "Brain Trust" that sifted through the tangible and intangible facts, ideas and theories that brought us to what looks and sounds like the future we all thought was out there.

Yes, there have been a few hick-ups along the way... but that is life it's own self.

Also, thank you for this post today. You have voiced a sincere hope that I have been feeling since the JV was first announced. This is bigger than number crunching... it's a unique opportunity that is formulating into a better solution than we (as investors) may have even thought of.
