Yes, in Hong Kong and Shanghai

and would this be another way to play the joint venture?

No, this JV is miniscule to a company that is building the national railways in a half dozen countries among innumerable other huge projects. KRY is the only rational way to play the exploitation of the gold in Venezuela.
