Message: Re: Possibility of further dilution

Is the possibility of further dilution to settle with the note holders holding us down?

Didn't the KRY /CRRC deal cover dilusion / financing paying off the shareholders 100%?

The ability or inability of the BOD to control future spending and also their control of CRRC 20% share of votes for a few years seems more of a question IMO than the bondholders when it comes to SP.

But if the BOD and the shareholders make money so do we, just how much our slice will be is left is the question.

There has been some good thoughtful DD done by many members on future valuation ranging from $1 to the astronomical, there are too many variables to know for sure. If I were to rationalize the current PPS and apparent lack of interest by retail, I would say it is being set by mixtures of expectations (based on the history of the stock and how unfreindly Velenzuela is to business of late) an uncertian climate in the market and / or worst case nothing happens and the arbitration is forced. The article written about KRY having to "Bet the farm" on CRRC probably dosen't set a great precident for a PPS increase either.

Bottom line: We know there is lots of gold there, we have CRRC ready to pay for the expenses of building the mine, power and transportation. The biggest uncertianty is still Chavez and his apparent inabilities, so we wait for news of permits and deal closure.

3 weeks to go?

Mr 400 back in action today? .40 is the #

It would be nice to have more of the stalking members come and chime in once and awhile, is there anybody out there? Or are we just in the doldrums everyone?
