To the all-knowing Agoracom Collective:

It seems that the the "Next Big Date" is 30 July. Could someone explain in somewhat layman's terms what is supposed to be concluded by then? I have skimmed through the JV pdf, but I'm not a financial or legal scholar and couldn't quite make sense of it.

In fact, it may be better to take a step back and give a layman's terms summary of what ocurred on the 7th of June, and the specific steps that must take place over the next couple of months for the mine to finally get underway. Obviously the permit is the most important. What I'm more interested in understanding are the milestones that have to occur betwteen CRRC and Crystallex.
