The intent here is to form a real JV that will look at other projects as well.

While the permit and gold price will be taken care of by the Chinese, this statement is in line with comments that I have heard and would result in significant unexpected upside. The Chinese value their relationship with Canada and it's resources, so KRY will get more than a single date and kiss goodnight. LOL
