BOSS,

The chinese will be in need of an incredible amount of safety shoes when mining starts. If CREC is already thinking about the safety and attire of the worker at LC, I would say this JV is a done deal. LOL. My actual thoughts on the subject were that the chinese are in need of help to exploit resources and that is what this particular company must bring to the table either by way of export expertise or otherwise.
