An odd comment was written in the recent post referring to an update from Richard Marshall.

It stated: "The JV entity will be the vehicle that the Ven government will be issuing the permit to, not KRY."

In the past it was our "partners" the CVG that would seek and receive the permit. So I asked Richard Marshall if the CVG was still involved.

Here is his response:

"The permit may initially be administered (given) to the CVG but it will be (written) for the MOC’s use. We are in the process (based on the transaction with the CREC/CRRC) of transferring the MOC into a new JV. The Chinese Government, CREC, CRRC and Crystallex and working to have the Permit issued for a closing of the transaction in Q3, 2010."
