Cividale, thanks for following up on that and posting a precise statement, I assume that the other was a paraphrase that was a bit imprecise.

I particularly liked this statement (never recall RM saying the Canadian government and Crystallex were working . . . ) The Chinese Government, CREC, CRRC and Crystallex a[re] working . . .
