Not bizarre at all Barry. We've seen too many times positives turn to negatives over the years. Personally, I immediately started to squirm when I read that the plan to issue the permit to CVG may be changed to some new entity. My fear immediately is that they change enough things that our original deal (and the legal arguments we have in our favor that go with them) become buried in new agreements and all of our leverage is lost. I think we are winning this time, but history has taught me to fear the worst and not be disappointed with this stock.
