I agree with this. I spoke to a friend who 'is in the industry' and he said his fund will not even consider a junior minor unless it is fully permitted. He knew of KRY, but said it is not on his Firm's Radar to invest in.

He did contact me after Ivanhoe recieved final permits in Mongolia - this could be a good example of how KRY's shareprice will react.

There is a lot of potential in the funds out there who do not like the risk, but will jump in after the permits are issued.
