For instance, I'm concerned about the deals they have done over the past few years to buy up swathes of crop land in Southern Africa. Frankly, I'm also concerned about their purchases of resource production here in Canada - and dare I say, in places lkike Venezuela. They will soon have a nice little hedge against future food and resource shortages - to the detriment of the countries which have sold their birthright for a few shekels.
