I've been long for years, with more than a few pennies stuck in this stock. This time around, I've put a bunch more pennies in. I believe today that by the end of 2011, it will have been worth it.
If one were on the outside looking in, not having heard a peep about this stock since the Kramer days, one would have no reason whatsoever to put anything into these shares. I would love to think there will be a pop at the end of July and August - but I will be surprised if the PPS goes up much before the Permit. That is the holy grail here, and anything less will not tickle anyone's interest. Even if the institutions start getting on board at the end of July and the end of August, I don't think it'll do much to the PPS until the Permit.
Too many people have heard the endless broken record, from too many quarters, promising that the Permit was just around the bend. No one will jump in until the Permit is in hand, IMO. But when it is issued, during the 4th quarter of this year, give or take, the rest of the world will have no choice but to fly into this stock, and that'll most likely be a humunguous pop.
All else is white noise. If you're on the outside looking in, then buy when the Permit is issued. If you're on the inside worrying about it, it's really a private worry - the facts now are pretty clear, and there's very little to argue about, right now. You'll have to decide how comfortable you are holding on, or buying more at this point in time. While it might all go South (my personal fear is that the Chinese are like the proverbial camel, and find a way to push us completely out of the tent) - I think this is it. I'm happy and content with where we are, and with what is happening right now.
