Today is thursday July 22nd., 2010 and all is good.

No obstacles... time line still by next friday... give or take a couple days.... that is a great next major step for our Project.

The agreement is subject to two conditions: one: Share holder approval and # 2: the permit....

if the permit does not get delivered.... there is NADA Agreement!!!! if there is no SH approval... there is no agreement. but, little ritchie says : No chances of that as all major share holders are thrilled with CCR.

So, be prepared for our next major astronomical step... announcement as early as any time and as late as week after next.
