My only concern, and maybe we'll be long gone by then, is that the Chinese and the Vennies agree to use the gold produced at LC as some kind of "make weight" in some other resource/development deal between the two countries. Will our JV allow us, as 1/3 partner, the right to overrule a side deal the other two decide to do? Will we have the right to insist that at laeast our 1/3 of the gold is valued at the then-current spot price?
